Today marks another landmark day for NEBA: It’s official…we now have our very own bank account! Marie Canaves (President), Judy Hochberg (Secretary), and Rhoda Rosenberg (Treasurer) all did their part to make this happen, as did Niurbis E. Araujo, Citizens Bank’s Small Business Relationship Banker in Jamaica Plain.
With great energy and good cheer, Niurbis accommodated our three, very different schedules, without requiring all of us to be present in her office at the same time. And while this made the process more complicated for her, she was more than happy to help us out, and she did so efficiently and with the speed of lightning. A warm thank-you goes to Marie, Judy, and Rhoda, as well as to Niurbis – a strong supporter of area artists – for helping NEBA take this historic step!
