On the Beach

I used a sketch that I did plein air at the beach for the cover of this blank book. It depicts the ultimate beach experience of laying in the sun. The white washers not only correct the inconsistent drilling I did in the binding process but also brings white onto the tan craft paper, making for an improved design. In any art project, happy accidents are always welcome!
