BIO
Rachel E. Church is an intermedial artist, book artist, and printmaker working in Maine. She has a BA in Art with a concentration in Printmaking and Entrepreneurial Studies, a BFA in Studio Art with a minor in Book Arts, both from the University of Southern Maine, and an MFA in Intermedia from the University of Maine. She is currently pursuing an Interdisciplinary PhD at the University of Maine investigating the intersection of cookbooks and artist’s books and teaches printmaking, bookmaking and design.
When not in the studio, she enjoys traveling, cooking, camping and sewing.
